One of the finest welcomes I’ve received to the city was Open House Chicago. This event allowed me access spaces in the city normally off-limits to the public. A selection of images respectively: the Kemper Building (offering 360 degree views of downtown), Sedgwick Studio (an industrial metalworking studio under the Brown Line), Perkins+Will (world renowned architectural design agency), and finally 190 S. LaSalle (housing a stunning 40th floor library).

(Obama was in town.)
